I liked the hotel, everything was perfect with a family atmosphere. the setting was good, a short walk to downtown and the square that the inn was built around. - It was 3 km away from Masjid Huzaifah.

Comfortable stay, as always. Recently refurbished hotel, it has excellent staff and location. The location is best possible, 2 km from St Andrews Church. Great budget property set in the peaceful area. The restaurant is great, with accommodating staff.

Loved the staff they were great and the cleaning staff were always there. Enjoyed ourselves in the pool and spa area.. Having a continental breakfast is great as I don't like rushing out in the mornings. Also love the fact they accept dogs with out a hassel.. Overall it was a great relaxing few days..
Wish their wold of been towels at the pool side.. Everytime we went to the pool we had to go to the front desk to get towels.. but other then that our stay was great!!!

staff wasfriendly and helpful
poor service, tv did not work, rq. additional blanket, received only one with wholes in it. two people were occupying the room there was coffee (decafinated) only for one. In adjoining room of my friend, water was running, when mentioned only a bucket was put under. breakfast lousy, nothing for diabetes.

The staff were very friendly however we found it to be very disorganized. We were told the wrong room and ended up in someone elses room, it also took 3 tries to finally have the key activated to get in the right room. The hotel was located close to a lot of major attractions which was wonderful but overall did not enjoy the stay.

I found the hotel's location good and best possible, close to bus stops and eating outlets, and the square that the inn was built around. The personnel was helpful and amicable as expected. I booked triple room with a comfortable bed and soft furnishings, for example which turned out to be a newly decorated room.
